Baz Slatter
Baz comes from a Board level corporate background across Media, Automotive & Leisure in both B2C & B2B roles. Baz has worked for Microsoft, Cox Automotive, Cazoo, BAUER Media and Trader Media to name a few!
Baz is an expert in growth strategies connecting the physical & digital guest experiences.
A self confessed car nerd, Baz is bringing all his skills together to lead the CARNATTER journey.
Connor Slatter
Yep Connor is the better looking son of Baz.
Connor spent several years working at Silverstone Race Circuit working in the ticketing and event management operational depts for all events.
He also worked in the Silverstone Experience Museum as part of the launch team and worked ‘front of house’ ensuring great guest experience standards.
Connor runs all events and marketing activities. As a Gen Z we let him do all the social media marketing!
Our growth is all organic and down to Connor’s amazing hard work over the past few years.

We are delighted to announce our partnership with Tim Hudson and his team @ ASSL. Tim has over 30 years experience in the automotive sector working across the globe for major fleet, OEM and remarketing businesses.
Tim started ASSL 6 years ago and offers bespoke tech and data services to the B2B & B2C sector.
ASSL are an investor in CARNATTER and provide us with technology, resource and platforms to power our digital suite. Tim also works alongside Baz as an advisor to CARNATTER which Baz is very happy about!
MEGUIARS UK
We are delighted to announce our collaboration with the fantastic people @ Meguiars UK.
They will be supporting us via social media collaborations to their 1.7m UK following and supplying us with physical product giveways at all of our events.
By far the best car care products on the market, we are very proud to be working with them.
Whilton mill race track
We started working with Whilton Mill in Dec 21 as we needed more space to host our customers.
We have established a regular events calendar @ Whilton and love working with the folks there. We are looking at more dates for 24+ as we both want to scale the success we have already built.
